Authorized use

Use PikToken for lawful applications and authorized provider access. Do not circumvent provider restrictions, abuse accounts or expose credentials. Availability depends on provider entitlement and configured routes.

Pricing and funding

The model catalog shows retail USD rates per million tokens. Funding becomes available after receipt verification. Calls reserve their maximum permitted cost and settle against valid provider usage. Invalid usage and interrupted completions can retain the reservation pending review.

Availability

Model output may be inaccurate. Provider outages, quotas, restrictions and regional issues can interrupt delivery. The status page reflects configuration and connection tests; no uptime level or provider retention guarantee is promised.

Refunds

Submit disputes with a request ID through Support. Refunds require provider charge review and are recorded in your ledger. Payment references alone are not proof of receipt.

Security

Keep passwords and keys secret. Revoke exposed keys immediately. Active keys incur usage subject to configured limits. Administrators can suspend accounts for misuse or security while preserving records for review.
